Although the 2024 election is over the work has just begun. We need to actively promote the following agenda item:

The introduction of The Wisconsin Cannabis Caucus concept to legislators should be a priority and with your financial assistance I will make sure our voices are heard. Wisconsin needs elected officials who sponsored the various bills throughout past sessions and the newly elected legislators supporting reform on the campaign trail to work together towards sensible cannabis reform in a bi-partisan nature.

An official bipartisan state caucus can streamline cannabis reform legislation at the state level while developing and promoting sensible cannabis policy reform and work to ease the tension between political parties.

The upcoming legislative session will critical for the cannabis reform movement and the intoxicating hemp industry is already on defense. The new lobbying category of “Intoxicating Hemp” and “Intoxicating Hemp Beverages” is sure to be the focus in the upcoming session.

Without the Wisconsin Cannabis Caucus in place the hemp cannabis industry landscape will dramatically change.
